Configurable and Centralised Stock Taking App for Medium to Very Large Retailers and Distributors with Multiple Stock Locations

iLabMalta's StockTake Central is designed for large retailers and distributors with multiple shops or locations looking for a solid and confiugurable stock-taking solution. The solution is split in two modules, a central Admin Console and a Stock Taking App. The Web-Based Admin Console works on most browsers and is used centrally to monitor ongoing or view/extract completed stock counts. The stock-taking progressive web-app was developed specifically for the Zebra TC201/TC22/TC27, it will also work on similar Enterprise Mobile Computers with an Integrated Barcode Scanner. The App works both Online and Off-Line.

Work Anywhere (Online & Offline)

If your counting team is in a basement or a warehouse with poor Wi-Fi and no 5G, the app keeps working offline. It will automatically synchronise everything back to the office as soon as the connection is restored.

Central Control

Keep everyone on the same page and ditch stray spreadsheets. Manage settings and check progress across all locations from one central module.

Access to both the backend and the stock counting app is through user access management. Users and Locations are managed by your administrators in the central console. Users can be restricted to specific locations.

Flexible Counts

Stock Count batches are highly configurable. The Stock Counting App will behave according to the batch type chosen. You can have a Batch Type that will always assume Quantity 1 per scan or will always request the quantity, another Batch Type that does not allow Duplicate Scans, ideal for Serial number collection. You could also have a Batch Type that requires the shelf number for each scan, but will replicate the previous shelf chosen and is kept until changed for any subsequent scans.
