The standard 1 Year Support Agreement for iLabPOS costs EUR 102 incl. VAT per shop/location.
If you make use of our support via phone, email or other means, you will be invoiced automatically.
Support hours are Mon-Fri, 9:00am to 4pm, excluding public holidays. We do not offer outside of office hours support.
What is included in our iLabPOS support agreement?
The support agreement is an extension of the 2 years guarantee provided on the software, binding us to keep your business going in case of a fault.
We will try to resolve show stopping issues within the same working day, and latest by the next working day.
The support agreement also covers minor requests for assistance via email or phone.
This support agreement does not cover you for:
Onsite Visits
Training
Issues not directly related with our software, such as Operating System Issues, Network or Server Issues , Hardware Related Issues (Unless not purchased from us) and anything else we do not have control on.
Re-installation of the software.
We always suggest to engage a PC Technician available at short notice as a first line of support.
May we also remind you to take frequent backups (ideally daily) of your System on external media, such as a USB Drive, External Hard Disk, or Cloud Storage such as Drop Box or Google Drive.
Send your payment to iLabMalta by Cheque or Bank Transfer to renew your support Agreement. You can request an invoice for payment by email on [email protected], or we can issue a paid invoice upon receipt or payment.

Remote Desktop Connection: EUR 35 incl VAT per year
Email Integration: EUR 20 incl VAT per year
Multiple workstations (More than 2) operating the solution: Quoted depending on the scenario.
