Switch your Zebra Printer to Mark Sensing to use these labels.
Using Zebra Setup Utilities, open Configure Printing Settings, specify the size (70.00mm wide x 38.00mm length), Choose Mark Sensing as Media Type. The rest of the settings can left as default. Once complete send a Calibrate Command through Printer Tools.
