iLabPOS Continuity Service Agreement - 1 Year / 1 Shop

iLabPOS – Business Continuity Assurance Agreement. The agreement is an extension to the 2 year Guarantee period provided on purchase of iLabPOS.

Once this agreement is renewed, iLabMalta will ensure that any bugs/issues affecting essential operations on iLabPOS will be rectified in the shortest time possible. We will try to resolve show stopping issues within the same working day, and latest by the next working day. Our office hours are Mon to Fri, 9am to 4pm
